This project showcases the proposed architectural interior design and 3D visualization of a three-bedroom condominium unit situated in Pearl of the Orient Tower, Ermita, Manila. The total floor area encompasses 144.69 square meters, and the design was finalized in May 2015. The design draws inspiration from Asian Modern aesthetics, incorporating several key features to achieve a balanced and sophisticated space.<\/p>\n

Firstly, mirror doors are strategically employed on the cabinets in the dining area and bedrooms. This design element serves a dual purpose: it not only enhances the visual appeal of the space but also creates the illusion of a larger and more spacious area, which is particularly beneficial in condominiums where space is often at a premium.<\/p>\n

Secondly, a drop cove ceiling is incorporated into the design. This adds a touch of visual interest and dimension to the space, breaking up the monotony of a flat ceiling and creating a more layered and inviting atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Finally, the design scheme makes use of a combination of light and dark wood accents. This creates a sense of warmth and depth, while also adding a touch of sophistication. The careful selection and placement of these wood tones help to ground the space and create a cohesive and balanced overall aesthetic.<\/p>\n

Through the thoughtful integration of these Asian Modern design elements, this project aims to create a stylish and functional living environment that is both visually appealing and comfortable for its residents.<\/p>\n

The architectural interior design contract documents was submitted to the client in May 2015.<\/p>\n
